I’m a Breathwork Coach and Intuitive Healer.

I work with people when they’re feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, and anxious. I created Breathwork for Anxiety to help people use their breath as a tool to help them calm their body and mind.

Nearly 18% of adults in America live with anxiety, but far fewer people know how to manage it in a healthy way. For a long time, I was one of those people. 

I’ve been struggling with anxiety since I was a child. I developed nervous tics, digestive issues, and skin issues. I lived in a state of constant hypervigilance and was constantly thinking about worst-case scenarios. 

But I was still able to function, so it wasn’t until my late 20’s that I realized that I have anxiety! 

Like many people, I went on a journey to figure out how to manage it, and what has worked for me is breathwork. And I believe that learning breathwork can help so many people manage their anxiety in a healthy, natural, and effective way. Your breath is powerful and using it properly can quickly change the way you feel, help you be present, and even help you calm your nervous system. 

For the last 5 years, I've guided thousands of people to intimately connect with their breath as a pathway for transformation.
